Senior Minister, Dave is a former head master and gifted teacher. He and wifee Marie have served God in this community for many years and remain committed to see the kingdom of God grow.

Assistant Minister and Minister in Training with Elim. Chris worked in NHS management prior to this. Married to Julie, has four children and one grand-daughter. They and have been part of Flame since its formation. Chris uses comedy and in presenting the message of Jesus.

Married to Simon for 17 years, we have two daughters Liana and Connie, during the week I work as a Nursing sister at a local GP's. I love spending time with my friends , family, and really enjoy travelling. I beleive we have an amazing God who has a plan and purpose for each of our lives.

Peter is a gifted speaker and teacher. He is married to Tracy and has two children, Hannah and Adam. As well as ministering regularly in the church Peter also helps run the childrens Sunday Club and has a strong desire to improve the churches ministry to the poor. Peter is a insurance Loss Adjuster.

Peter regularly ministers in the church and is a worship leader who desires to see the church grow through worship. Peter is married to Bonnie and has three children Rebecca, Thomas and Hannah. He is a Structural Engineer by Profession.

Simon has been a member of the church in Blackheath since 1993 and is involved in the finance and administration of the church. He is married to Davinia and has 2 children, Liana and Connie. Simon works as a Finance Manager for a local children’s charity.

Brian was born in Netherton and is married to Judi and has 2 married sons. He and Judy have been at the Flame since Spring 2004. He is a gifted worship leader and has a heart to see a people worshipping freely. He has spent 27 years working with young people in various settings. Very bad at gardening and DIY, enjoys holidays.
